Local Sightseeing Places
1. Dal Lake
One of the most famous lakes in Kashmir, Dal Lake is known for its scenic beauty, floating gardens, and traditional houseboats. Here you will enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride, which gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and Mughal gardens.
2. Mughal Gardens
These historic gardens were built during the Mughal era and are famous for their Persian-style landscaping.
• Shalimar Bagh – Built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife Noor Jahan.
• Nishat Bagh – Known as the “Garden of Joy,” offering stunning views of Dal Lake.
• Chashme Shahi – Famous for its natural spring water and peaceful atmosphere.
3. Shankaracharya Temple
Located on a hilltop, this ancient temple provides a panoramic view of Srinagar city and Dal Lake.
4. Hazratbal Shrine
A very sacred Muslim shrine located on the banks of Dal Lake. It houses a relic believed to be a hair of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Travel Time:
• Srinagar Airport to Hotel: approx 30–40 minutes (12–15 km)

Evening:
In the evening you can explore the local markets of Srinagar for Kashmiri handicrafts, dry fruits, shawls, and souvenirs.
Sonamarg is one of the most beautiful valleys in Kashmir, located about 80 km from Srinagar. The name Sonamarg means “Meadow of Gold.” It is famous for glaciers, snow-covered mountains, and river views.
? Morning Departure
After breakfast, start your journey from Srinagar to Sonamarg.
The drive takes around 2.5 – 3 hours along the scenic Sindh Valley.
On the way you will see beautiful villages, rivers, and snow-capped mountains.
Gulmarg is one of the most famous hill stations in Kashmir, known for its snow-covered mountains, green meadows, and adventure activities. It is located about 50 km from Srinagar.
? Morning Departure
After breakfast, drive from Srinagar to Gulmarg.
The journey takes around 2 – 2.5 hours through beautiful villages and pine forests.
On the way you will pass through Tangmarg, a small town before Gulmarg.
Srinagar to Pahalgam – Description ?
The journey from Srinagar to Pahalgam is one of the most scenic drives in Kashmir, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and peaceful surroundings. Pahalgam is located around 90–95 km from Srinagar and can be reached in approximately 2.5 to 3 hours by road.
The route passes through Pampore, Awantipora, Bijbehara, and Anantnag, where you can see saffron fields, apple orchards, and beautiful green landscapes. The entire drive is very refreshing, with mountains and countryside views along the way.
Pahalgam, known as the “Valley of Shepherds,” is famous for its stunning scenery, cool climate, and the flowing Lidder River, which adds charm and tranquility to the destination. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and those looking to relax.
After reaching Pahalgam, the main sightseeing areas such as Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari are covered by local union taxis on a self-payment basis. Visitors can also enjoy activities like pony rides, riverside walks, photography, and seasonal river rafting.
Overall, the Srinagar to Pahalgam trip offers a perfect experience of Kashmir’s natural beauty, with lush valleys, fresh air, and a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
**Day 5: Srinagar Local Sightseeing & Airport Drop**
After breakfast, check out from the hotel/houseboat and begin your final day in the beautiful city of Srinagar. Visit famous local attractions such as Mughal Gardens including Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, and Chashme Shahi. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Dal Lake surroundings and explore local markets for Kashmiri dry fruits, saffron, shawls, and souvenirs.
Later, enjoy a relaxing Dal Lake Shikara ride (if included in package). After completing sightseeing, our driver will transfer you comfortably to Srinagar International Airport for your onward journey with sweet memories of Kashmir.

2. Daily Breakfast & Dinner at the Hotel
A daily breakfast and dinner will be served at the hotel as per the fixed menu. Meals are prepared hygienically and
offer a variety of local and standard Indian dishes. Lunch is not included unless specifically mentioned.
3. All Transfers & Sightseeing by Private Vehicle (as per itinerary)
All transfers and sightseeing tours will be conducted in a private, air-conditioned/non-air-conditioned vehicle (as
applicable) exclusively for your group. The car will be provided as per the itinerary for point-to-point transfers and
sightseeing only.
4. Driver Allowance, Fuel, Parking, Tolls & State Taxes
All vehicle-related expenses, including driver allowance, fuel charges, parking fees, toll taxes, and applicable state
taxes, are included, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience with no hidden vehicle costs.
5. Airport / Railway Station / ISBT Pick-Up & Drop
Convenient pick-up and drop services are included from the Airport, Railway Station, or ISBT at the arrival and
departure points as per the confirmed itinerary.
6. All Applicable Hotel Taxes
All current hotel taxes and service charges applicable at the time of booking are included in the package cost.
7. Assistance During the Tour
On-ground assistance will be provided during the tour for coordination, support, and smooth execution of the

Cancellation Policy

Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% cancellation charges

Airfare / Train Fare / Bus Fare

2. Entry Fees to Monuments & Attractions
Entry fees for monuments, gardens, parks, museums, gondola rides, pony rides, rafting, cable cars, and any adventure
or recreational activities are not included and must be paid directly by the guests at the spot.
3. Union Taxi Charges (Where Applicable)
Local sightseeing in certain destinations may require the use of union taxis as per local transport rules. Charges for
such union vehicles are not included and are payable directly by the guests.
4. Lunch, Dinner & Meals Not Mentioned in Inclusions
Lunch, dinner, and any meals not specifically mentioned under the “Inclusions” section are excluded from the
package cost.
5. Personal Expenses
Any personal expenses such as laundry services, tips to drivers or hotel staff, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar
charges, shopping, or any other incidental expenses are not included.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance of any kind (medical, accident, loss of baggage, trip cancellation, etc.) is not included in the
package. Guests are advised to arrange travel insurance independently.
7. Expenses Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Any additional cost arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, landslides, weather conditions, strikes, political
disturbances, or any unforeseen events is not included and will be borne directly by the guests.
8. Anything Not Mentioned Under “Inclusions.”
Any services, facilities, or expenses not clearly mentioned in the “Package Inclusions” section are excluded from the
package cost
